  • Christmas & New Year deliveries

    Delivery dates & cut off dates for ordering – Meal Kits
    Our delivery days over the Christmas period for our Meal Kits w/c 20th December will be 21st & 22nd December and these must be ordered by 9am 16th December. If you would like a Meal Kit the following week, we will be delivering on 30th December and these must be ordered by 9am Monday 20th December.

    Cut off dates for ordering – Drinks & Cocktails
    To order spirits & cocktails in time for Christmas, please order by 21st December and to arrive in time for New Year’s Eve, please order by 27th December.

    Cut off dates for ordering – Physical gift cards & Books
    To order books & physical gift cards in time for Christmas, please order by 20th December. Our digital gift cards will arrive via email in your inbox straight after purchase.

    Use by dates on our food products
    If you receive your Meal Kit on 21st or 22nd December, the food items must be consumed on or before 26th December.
    If you receive your Meal Kit on 30th December, the food items must be consumed on or before 2nd January.
    Items are not suitable for freezing.

    Christmas Delivery fee
    Delivery will be free for our Meal Kits on 21st, 22nd & 30th December.
    The cost of delivery for our spirits & cocktails is £6.50 or free over £50.
    There is no delivery fee for our wine cases.

    Cancellation of boxes
    If you would like to cancel your box and would like a refund, please note for deliveries on 21st or 22nd December we must be notified by 9am on 17th December, and for deliveries on 30th December we must be notified by 9am on 23rd December. After this time we cannot process your cancellation or refund.

  • Where is my order?

    Meal Kits, cocktails and drinks deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also download the DPD app to track your order.

    Your Meal Kit will arrive on your selected date.

    Cocktails, drinks, books and physical gift card orders will arrive 3-5 working days from your order date.

    Books, gift cards, steak boxes and drinks orders are all sent separately as these are sent from different locations by different courier teams.

    If you have not received tracking information by 11am on the day of your delivery, please email [email protected].

  • What time will my order arrive?

    Meal Kits, cocktails and drinks deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also download the DPD app to track your order.

    DPD aim to deliver between 8am-6pm. We aren’t able to request specific times with them on the day.

    If you have not received tracking information by 11am on the day of your delivery, please email [email protected].

    Physical gift cards and books are sent via Royal Mail and will arrive 3-5 working days from your order date.

  • Can I swap out items or add items to my Meal Kit? Even for dietary reasons?

    Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to our Meal Kits, all items that are listed in the box cannot be swapped or changed.

  • I would like to change the delivery date of my Meal Kit

    Please let us know your order number, delivery name and address and which date you would like to change to by emailing [email protected], we cannot make any changes to delivery dates after Monday on the week of your delivery.

  • I would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

    The deadline to cancel steak boxes is by 5pm Monday for the following week’s delivery. Cancellations will not be honoured after this time. Contact [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order.

    If you order a cocktail or drinks delivery, we can only cancel the same day of your order date as the orders are processed daily.

    If you want to cancel a book or gift card order, please email [email protected].

  • Can I add a gift message to my Meal Kit order?

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to add any gift messages to our boxes. It is something that we are looking into, but we can’t offer this at present.

  • I’ve missed the order cut off, am I able to place a last minute order for this weekend?

    We cut our orders off at 9am Monday on the week of delivery, we sometimes have last minute availability from cancellations so please contact [email protected]. Our final order numbers are sent to our production facility at 5pm on a Monday, and we can’t make any changes after that time.

  • I want to eat my box on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, will the food still be ok?

    Our boxes are guaranteed for consumption until the end of the Sunday of the week of delivery, we wouldn’t recommend you save them for the following week.

  • Why can’t I freeze any of the products?

    The steak in your meal kits can be frozen however due to the way we produce the other items in your boxes, those items are not suitable for freezing.

  • I’ve ordered cocktails as well as a Meal Kit, why are they being delivered separately?

    Any additional cocktails are made and dispatched from a different facility to our Meal Kits, so you will receive these in separate orders.

    Cocktails will arrive 3-5 days from the date you place your order, the steak boxes will arrive on your selected date.

  • Why can’t I see all order dates for Meal Kits?

    Meal Kit delivery dates are available to select up to 8 weeks in advance for our core offering. Our special edition and limited edition boxes are only available for a limited time.  If you sign up to our newsletter, you’ll be notified as soon as new products go on sale.

    Delivery dates for steak boxes are only Thursday, Friday and Saturday every week or Friday and Saturday for Roast boxes.

    If a date for a Thursday, Friday or Saturday is missing, this means we have sold out.

  • I would like to order a bulk delivery of Hawksmoor at Home products

  • I haven’t received my confirmation email

    Your confirmation email will have come from either [email protected] or [email protected], please check your spam or junk folder.

    If you cannot find your email, please contact [email protected] with your delivery name and address so we can resend this.

  • My order has missing or broken items

    Please let us know of any broken or missing items by emailing [email protected].

  • How do I check my Gift Card balance?

    To see the balance on your physical or digital gift card, see here.

  • Will any of my items be replaced/substituted?

    We reserve the right to make alcohol substitutions in our meal kits where necessary due to availability of stock. Replacements will be of same value.

  • Returns

    On the very rare occasion a breakage occurs, or goods are deemed faulty, we will happily offer a replacement upon the return of the items in question. Please contact us at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

    We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product or packaging which you are dissatisfied with for our records, which we will notify you of via email. Any replacement may be for individual cocktails or the entire cocktail mix pack at our expense or a full or partial refund of the purchase price for the cocktail/cocktail mix pack.

    If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
