If you are buying a meal kit for a special occasion on a Friday or Saturday, we would recommend ordering to receive the day before due to busier delivery days.
Please be aware that, due to distance, deliveries to Scotland can take place up until 10pm. If ordering for a special occasion, we would strongly advise that you order for delivery the day before.
If a date is not showing, this means we are sold out. We cannot deliver on Bank Holidays.
Saturday delivery dates will incur a £5 shipping cost.
All deliveries are made by DPD, tracking information will arrive via email or text before 11am on the day of your delivery date.
If you make arrangements directly with DPD such as leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, we cannot take responsibility for lost items and this can only be dealt with directly with DPD.
ABOUT YOUR BOX…
We’ve worked hard to make our cook-at-home steak boxes as easy and stress-free as possible. Each comes with full instructions and our How to Cook the Perfect Steak guide, along with a QR code to take you to masterclass videos with our Executive Chef, Matt Brown (a former Head Chef of two(!) restaurants with 3 Michelin stars).
T-Bone steaks remind us of cowboys and cowgirls. Specifically, Glenn, Caryl and their seven daughters at Idaho’s Alderspring ranch. Ahead of opening our restaurant in New York we spent a couple of years criss-crossing America getting to grips with beef production over there. We wanted to see it all, from giant Texan feedlots to New England smallholdings and everything in-between.
A definite highlight was the majestic Alderspring and its never-farmed wild pastures in the Boise mountain range. We were given strict instructions before we went, including no deodorant or aftershave - nothing that might attract the attention of bears and mountain lions at night. We assumed it was a joke; it was not. Whether or not the second-hand cowboy boots Will bought in the East Village in New York made him fit in more or less is still a subject of intense debate ...
It was a day’s ride to find the cattle and after we’d marvelled at them and their pristine back-drop, we set up camp for the night and threw some T-bone steaks on the fire.
Wow, did they taste good.
We’re sorry we can’t teleport you over there, but while you’re sipping your Shaky Pete's Ginger Brew you can pretend it’s a cowhand’s flask of rye and swap tales over an imaginary campfire while you wait for your steak to be served.

If you have ordered anything else from our shop, these will arrive in a separate order, with separate tracking info. Please note food items should be consumed by the Sunday in the same week of your delivery date. Items are not suitable for home freezing.
